Hysan Place, which opened in 2012, is Hong Kong’s first building to be certified by the United States Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standard at its highest platinum level. The recognition makes Hysan Place the first LEED Platinum mixed use office and vertical mall complex in Greater China. Hysan Place’s receipt of LEED Platinum certification adds to a number of other recognitions awards to the project, including:

BEAM Plus Platinum (Hong Kong Building Environmental Assessment Method)
MIPIM Asia Award 2012 – Gold Award winner, Best Mixed-Use Development

Hysan was recognised for “Best Practice in Green Organisation Development” in the Best Practice Awards 2011 for its long-term sustainable approach to the development of Causeway Bay as well as its Hysan Place project.
